Open the private follow-up link shown after you submit. It does not require an account. Keep that link private because it opens your enquiry record.

Privacy & private follow-up

When you submit an enquiry, your answers and any attachments are stored with that request. The private follow-up link opens the saved request and its attachments, quotes, replies, and job record without an account. Anyone with the link can open that record, so share it only with people you want to have access.

Quote decisions and messages you send from the private page are saved on the same enquiry or job thread. Use that page to review the record and continue the conversation.

After an enquiry is saved, the system attempts an owner email notification asynchronously. If that email fails, the saved enquiry remains available; an authorized staff member can retry the notification from the protected Enquiries workspace. We do not promise email notices for quote, status, or reply updates.

Service terms

Sending an enquiry starts a conversation. It does not book work, confirm a quote, reserve a date, or set a start date. A submitted enquiry is not an accepted engagement.

A quote is specific to the request and shows its scope, deliverables, price, timing, exclusions, payment terms, and cancellation terms. Review those details on the quote before deciding. The accepted job record carries the terms shown in that quote so you can review the same scope and terms on the job thread.

Accepting a quote records your decision and creates a job record. It does not record payment or mark work complete. The quote and job thread show the status and replies saved for that request; they are not promises that updates will also arrive by email.
